Welcome to PreDiagn platform, an online diagnostic tests information and services ordering platform-as-a-service provided by PreDiagn ("PreDiagn" or "We" or "Us"), subject to your agreement with all of these terms and conditions. PreDiagn may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms and conditions on PreDiagn. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications, and your accessing or using the service constitutes your acceptance of the agreement as it appears at the time of your access or use. From time to time PreDiagn may offer website visitors the opportunity to participate in additional features or services through PreDiagn’ website. You may be required to enter into additional agreements or authorizations before you can access such features or services.

Medical Emergencies

Be aware that electronic communication is not appropriate for all health issues, particularly those of an urgent nature, and PreDiagn makes no guarantee of any particular response time to any such inquiry made by users. Hence, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, we recommend that you should not rely on this website for assistance, but should instead seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.

PreDiagn does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or noninfringement, or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the service or any merchandise, information or service provided through the service. In addition, PreDiagn does not guarantee that use of PreDiagn’ website will be free from technological difficulties including, but not limited to, unavailability of information, downtime, service disruptions, viruses or worms and you understand that you are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output.

Limitation of Liability

The use of this service is entirely at your own discretion, and in no event shall PreDiagn be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other monetary or other damages, fees, fines, penalties, or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to this service, or partnered laboratories accessed through this service, and/or content or information provided herein. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the service.

Discontinuance of Services

PreDiagn’ website is being provided by PreDiagn as a value-based tool to deliver value-added benefits to users of medical diagnostic services. PreDiagn reserves the right to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this site, the services or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. In addition, your access to the site may be discontinued at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement or if we determine, for any other reason, that it is no longer appropriate for you to have access to the site.

Copyright and Trademark Information

The marks "PreDiagn” and the PreDiagn logo are trademarks and/or service marks of PreDiagn Limited for online digital diagnostic healthcare services. The content and design of PreDiagn are protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, display, transmit, or frame any of these materials without prior written consent from the copyright owners, except that you may view, download, display and print a single copy of these materials on a single computer for personal, noncommercial use only, so long as: (i) you do not alter or modify the materials in any way; (ii) you include all applicable notices and disclaimers (including copyright notices); and (iii) you do not use the materials in a way that suggests an association with PreDiagn or as an affiliated entity of PreDiagn. You understand and agree that title to these materials shall not pass to you or any other user.

Requests to reuse material from the PreDiagn website should be directed to info@prediagn.com.ng.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute or claim (including personal injury claims) related to your use of the website will be reported to PreDiagn by any means possible to attempt addressing same, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate authority in Nigeria, and will be adjudicated pursuant to the laws of the federation. This agreement also applies to anyone claiming on your behalf.

Privacy Policy

We respect the right to privacy of all visitors and users of PreDiagn’s platform. We do not collect information that would personally identify you unless you choose to provide it. The personal information that you submit are encrypted and efforts made to de-identify such data. Information submitted through PreDiagn' online forms may be collected to ensure technical functionality. We do not save personal information to use for other purposes, nor do we provide it to any other organization.

We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of personally identifiable information that you may provide. You should understand, however, that electronic transmissions via the Internet are not necessarily secure from interception, and so we cannot absolutely guarantee the security or confidentiality of such transmissions.

Except for authorized law enforcement investigations or other valid legal processes, we will not share any personally identifiable information we receive from you with any parties outside of PreDiagn. Surveys

We will occasionally survey users/visitors to our website. The information from these surveys is for the purpose of aggregating data to help us adequately understand the needs of our users/visitors so that we can improve our website. PreDiagn may also share your email address with our third-party email management vendor for the purpose of delivering the newsletter to you. Your email address will not be shared with groups outside of PreDiagn for any marketing purposes.

Kindly note also that, email communication that you send to us may be shared with a customer service representative, employee, medical experts or agent that is most able to answer your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion after communications are received. After we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the type of inquiry. Email functionality does not provide a completely secure and confidential means of communication. You should bear in mind that email communication may be accessed or viewed by another Internet user while in transit to us.
